Nitin is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse experience in Spearheading family business of Beverages & Multi-Brand Automobile sales in Chandigarh. After his MBA, he built Food Business for almost eight years and successfully sold it, before joining a family enterprise. Being fascinated by the humungous need-gap in Consumer Real Estate in India, he quit his generational firm to pursue the dream mission of ‘Providing Lifestyle homes to Common man, at Affordable price’. Nitin is impeccable in his discipline and truly follows Robin Sharma’s Quote- ‘ Discipline is built by consistently performing small acts of courage.
In his spare time, he loves long-distance cycling and plays lawn tennis.

Vidhu is a dynamic personality by himself. He is an Engineering graduate from Prestigious Thapar University in Civil. He has worked with Global Construction companies like L&T and Emaar MGF. The young and enthusiastic leader is passionate about delivering high quality of residences for the common man and never compromises it on any level. His ideas are driven upon innovation and technology, bringing multifold advantages to the project implementation – cost, creative designs for maximum sunlight, air, open space, etc.
He loves photography. He likes capturing memories. He believes “learning a creative skill is good for the brain”. He is very crazy about health & fitness.

Gaurav Garg is an achiever by nature. After completing his graduation from Shri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana, he was very determined to enter into the Real Estate Business.
Gaurav has been at the forefront of leading the company into the new era contributing significantly to better internal systems & operational processes. He is enthusiastic about Mr. Narendra Modi’s dream of Digital India, whereby "The Eastern Park" will be 1st real estate company in this region to sell property through Digital Wallets and other E-Payments platforms. Gaurav is open honest and transparent about the dealings with partners, associates, and customers.
He is a foodie and loves to swim in free time.
